About Us
Our company was established in 1999 as Bennett Building by Jay Bennett, who has worked in the commercial construction industry since 1979. In 2018, Jay brought on Russell “Rusty” Gentry and long-time office manager Lacrisha Bishop as business partners. Rusty took over majority ownership in 2023, and the firm became Badger Building Inc. — the same people and the same standards, carried forward under a new name.
Today, Badger Building Inc. provides construction solutions for clients across the commercial, retail, education, municipal, hospitality, and vocational sectors throughout Alabama.
